আমাদের শিক্ষাপদ্ধতির কেন্দ্রে রয়েছে প্রতিটি শিশু। শিশুর শেখার গতি, আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা অনুযায়ী পাঠদান ও কার্যক্রম পরিকল্পনা করা হয়। গল্প বলা, খেলাধুলা, গান, নাচ ও হাতে-কলমে শেখার মাধ্যমে শিশুরা আনন্দের সঙ্গে শেখে। এর ফলে তাদের কৌতূহল, আত্মবিশ্বাস এবং শেখার প্রতি ভালোবাসা স্বাভাবিকভাবেই গড়ে ওঠে।
